Nathan Dau

Nathan Dau is a Principal at Vivo Capital, a healthcare investment firm, where he focuses on growth and private equity investments. Nathan has worked on a broad range of transactions including public and private M&A, leveraged buyouts, IPOs, and private financings. Prior to Vivo, he worked for HighBar Partners, an investment firm which provides growth capital to technology companies. Prior to HighBar, Nathan worked for Citigroup, where he was an investment banker in the M&A group. In that role, Nathan completed over $28 billion of M&A transactions. Prior to Citigroup, Nathan was an M&A attorney in the New York City office of Skadden Arps. Nathan holds a B.A. in Computer Science, cum laude, from Columbia University. He also holds a J.D. from the Columbia Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of the Columbia Law Review, and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management.
